A hanging wall washing device comprises a casing (10) hingedly disposed on the bottom of a hanger (20). A hanging portion (211) is disposed on the top of the hanger (20). The hanger (20) is provided with a counterweight bar (221). A cylindrical brush wheel (30) is disposed in the casing (10). The cylindrical brush wheel (30) is provided with a brush wheel shaft (31) and a force acting wheel surface (32). The force acting wheel surface (32) is formed by a plurality of force acting points (P1) in a surrounding manner. A limit wheel (40) is hingedly disposed on each of the two sides of the bottom of the hanger (20). Each limit wheel (40) is provided with a force-resistance wheel surface (41). The force-resistance wheel surface (41) is formed by a plurality of force-resistance points (P2) in a surrounding manner. The counterweight bar (221) separately applies a torque to the brush wheel shaft (31) and the centers of the two limit wheels (40) by means of the hanger (20). At least one of the plurality of force-resistance points (P2) is located between at least one of the force acting points (P1) and the brush wheel shaft (31), so as to alleviate the problem of poor wall-clinging stability caused when a traditional wall washing machine cleans an outer wall.
