Abstract:
A haptic controller according to the present invention comprises: a main body part for providing a place for a grip by a hand of a user; an auxiliary body part for forming one whole body together with the main body part; a motion sensor unit for detecting a position and a posture of the hand of the user holding the main body part; a first haptic unit for providing haptic feedback corresponding to displacement generated according to a gripping force of a finger of the user; a second haptic unit for providing vibration of a corresponding pattern according to a gesture or content of the user interacting with an object on a screen of an external main terminal; and a control unit for transmitting, to the main terminal, information detected from the motion sensor unit and a sensor included in the first haptic unit, receiving, from the main terminal, feedback according to an interaction between the user and a virtual object, and operating the first and second haptic units.
