Abstract:
A hard alloy having a diamond coating and a preparation method therefor. The hard alloy comprises a hard alloy matrix (10), and a silicon nitride layer (20), a silicon nitride/diamond composite layer (30), and the diamond coating (40) that are sequentially provided on the hard alloy matrix. The steps of the preparation method for the hard alloy comprise: after washing the hard alloy matrix (10), depositing the silicon nitride layer (20) on the surface of the hard alloy matrix; implanting diamond seed crystals on the silicon nitride layer, and then depositing to prepare the silicon nitride/diamond composite layer (30) on the silicon nitride layer; and depositing to prepare the diamond coating (40) on the silicon nitride/diamond composite layer, so as to obtain the hard alloy having the diamond coating.
