Abstract:
Disclosed is a hard rock cross passage tunneling machine, comprising a split drilling machine (1) and a tunneling apparatus (2). A drill bit rod (104) is detachably arranged at an output end of the split drilling machine (1); the tunneling apparatus (2) comprises a main tunneling unit; the drill bit rod (104) passes through the main tunneling unit; and the main tunneling unit matches the drill bit rod (104). The split drilling machine is used for drilling a tunnel first, and then the tunneling apparatus performs cutterhead tunneling excavation on the tunnel on the basis of drilling, thereby reducing the tunneling vibration impact, and improving the tunneling efficiency. The split drilling machine and the tunneling apparatus are used in cooperation; the main tunneling unit uses the drill bit rod located in a drill hole as a support point, and tunnels forwards along the drill bit rod, so as to implement efficient excavation of drilling before excavation. The problems that a cross passage excavation device is inflexible to use and low in working efficiency are solved. Further disclosed is a construction method of the hard rock cross passage tunneling machine.
