Abstract:
A hardening agent, and a raw material composition thereof, a preparation method therefor, and an application thereof. The raw material composition of the hardening agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 35-45 parts of a modified styrene-acrylic acid resin, 1.5-2.5 parts of a film-forming auxiliary agent, 0.05-0.1 part of a foam inhibitor, 0.1-0.2 part of a defoamer, 0.1-0.3 part of lithium hydroxide, 15-25 parts of nano potassium silicate, 1.0-1.5 parts of a water-repelling agent, and 30-38 parts of water, wherein the modified styrene-acrylic acid resin is a modified styrene-acrylic acid resin with a product number of BLJ-6838 produced by Shanghai Baolijia New Material Co., Ltd. The prepared hardening agent has high glossiness and has excellent wear resistance, oil stain resistance, and water resistance, can be used to prolong the service life of concrete ground, and can also be used to repair aged ground; an amount of VOCs released is low, so that the pollution to the environment is small, and the use safety is high.
