Abstract:
The present application provides a hardware management card and a related product. The hardware management card comprises a communication interface and a management apparatus. The communication interface is connected to a host system, and the hardware management card is a device independent of the host system. The management apparatus comprises a first processor and a first memory. The first processor is used for reading program code in the first memory, so as to implement management of hardware on the host system. The hardware on the host system comprises one or more of the following: a mainboard of the host system, hardware on the mainboard, and hardware connected to the mainboard on the host system. Therefore, the hardware management capability in the host system is unloaded to the hardware management card, so that the the overhead of the host system can be reduced, and the costs of the host system are reduced.
