Abstract:
Provided is a harmonic rejection mixer that makes it possible to accommodate the reception of a wideband signal without increasing the area of a circuit. In the harmonic rejection mixer, transistors (1-5) convert an RF signal into electrical current. Transistors (15-19) carry out frequency conversion on the basis of the electrical current from the transistors (1-5) and a local oscillation signal. Transistors (6-14) divide the electrical current from the transistors (1-5) among all of the transistors (15-19) or between the transistors (16, 18) on the basis of a preset ratio. A load (20) adds the electrical current from the transistors (15-19) and converts the electrical current into voltage.
