Abstract:

A hash table lookup method, apparatus, and device for gene comparison, and a computer-readable storage medium. The method comprises: acquiring a table lookup instruction corresponding to a short sequence to be aligned of a gene sequence to be compared, the table lookup instruction comprising identification information of the short sequence to be aligned and a query target; acquiring, according to the identification information, table lookup record information corresponding to the table lookup instruction; determining whether the table lookup record information comprises a query result corresponding to the query target; and if yes, acquiring the query result by using the table lookup record information. In the present invention, by means of storage and update of table lookup record information corresponding to a table lookup instruction, when the table lookup record information comprises a query result corresponding to a query target, the query result can be acquired directly using the table lookup record information, so that redundant table lookup operations are reduced, and thus the performance of a hash table lookup process in a gene data comparison process can be improved and the time for table lookup is shortened.
