Abstract:
The invention relates to a hazelnut drink and a method for preparing it. The drink is suitable for infants and is obtained from hazelnut slurry fermented by lactic bacteria, in addition to the hazelnut slurry, the fermented material may also include table sugar and propylene glycol alginate, the said hazelnut slurry is made of roasted hazelnut preferably, and said hazelnut slurry is preferred to made by the steps of: removing husk from hazelnut, immersing dehusked hazelnut, then taking it out of immersing container and stirring, removing peel from the immersed hazelnut with water, removing water from surface of the hazelnut by dripping or swing and then roasting hazelnut until its color becomes yellow, screening the roasted hazelnut, and then adding water to it and grinding, the rate of water to the hazelnut is 4-12. Upon this method which is roasting water-immersed hazelnut and then grinding and fermenting, the nutrient elements of hazelnut can be kept fully, and the product has advantages of rich nutrition, digested easily, having healthy effects, and especially being suitable for infants.
