Abstract:
To decrease the phase impact, to improve the sense perception quality, to help the audio received from the sound source to the ears to be heard in a clearer manner, to increase and decrease the audio level that is sensed, to be adjusted in accordance with the head ergonomics, structure and acoustic platform, to protect the ears from elevated noises by covering them and also to be folded, by decreasing the level of audio transmitted via reflectors from the rear and side sections to the ears, the head mounted acoustic panel, having the size and shape required for providing the audio reflecting and absorbing, comprises a first and a second reflective layers, a first and a second audio absorber layers, a rail, carrier adjustment and head mounting parts, a locking bolt, a steel layer, soft and comfort material, coating material, fixable hinge and folding sections, hinge and folding section.

CLAIMS

1 -Having the characteristics to decrease the phase impact, to improve the sense perception quality, to help the audio received from the sound source to the ears to be heard in a clearer manner, to increase & decrease the audio level that is sensed, to be adjusted in, accordance with the head ergonomics, structure and acoustic platform, to protect the ears from elevated noises by covering them and also to be folded, by decreasing the level of audio transmitted via reflectors from the rear and side sections to the ears, the head mounted acoustic panel (A) is a product in the size and shape required for providing the audio reflecting & absorbing in satisfactory levels, comprising of the first reflective rigid layer (5), the first audio absorber layer (6), the second audio absorber layer (7), the second reflective layer (8), rail (3), carrier, adjustment and head mounting parts (B), carrier and head mounting parts (C), locking bolt (2), steel layer (11), soft & comfort material (10), coating material (9), fixable hinge and folding sections (1), hinge and folding section (4).

SPECIFICATIONS

HEAD MOUNTED ACOUSTIC PANEL Technical Field

This invention improves the sense perception quality of the audio. Additionally, it can be used for decreasing the audio level. Along with such professionals as audio engineers and technicians, it is a head mounted acoustic panel that can be used by industrial designers, engineers, scientists and audience.

Previous Method

People use to use their hands like panel, keep them behind their ears, thus taking actions to improve the sense perception quality by focusing on the audio. No similar tool has been invented until today.

Purpose of the Invention The purpose of this invention is to ensure mastering engineers to take the right decisions by improving their sense perception quality, thus improving the quality of the work.

Another purpose of this invention is also to ensure individuals working on product development concerning acoustic regulation and sound energy, acoustic testing procedures to take the right decisions by improving their sense perception quality, thus improving the quality of work.

Another purpose of this invention is to increase the enjoyment level of audience listening the music and audio

One of the purposes of this invention is to decrease the level of audio sensed by ears, thus protecting the user from elevated noises.

Description of the Invention

The head mounted acoustic panel (A), as the invention, basically comprises of the following:

- first solid reflective rigid layer (5)

- first audio absorber layer (6)

- second audio absorber layer (7)

- second reflective rigid layer (8)

- carrier, adjustment and head mounting apparatus (B-C)

- rail (3)

- folding hinges (4)

- fixable hinges (1)

- locking bolts (2).

The Acoustic panel (A) comprises of four layers. The first layer - reflective rigid layer

(5), reflects the audio to ear coming from behind and side sections, thus decreasing the audio level coming from these areas. The first audio absorber layer (6) decreases the audio level trasmitted through the first solid reflective rigid layer (5). Second audio absorber layer (7) decreases the audio level received through the first audio absorber layer (6). By this means, the audio energy received via reflective method is decreased in the related platform, thus providing a clearer audio by decreasing the phase impact, When deemed required, the acoustic panel (A) covers the ears and decreases the level of audio being trasmitted to ears, which helps the user get affected less from the dangers of elevated noise - The second reflective rigid layer (8) decreases the level of audio received from the second audio absorber layer (7), which help decreasing the phase impact. In the meantime, second reflective rigid layer (8) reflects the sound waves hitting its surface, to ears. In direct proportion to the surface size, the level of audio reflected 5 to ears and sensed naturally increases in terms of decibel.

The first layer of the acoustic panel (A) - the reflective rigid layer (5), is a rigid, durable and audio reflective plate like carbon fibre, metal, plastic and wood. The first audio absorber layer (6) is a layer manufactured from such audio absorbing materials as neoprene

10 fiberglass, rock wool, sponge. The second audio absorber layer (7) is also a layer

manufactured from such audio absorbing materials as neoprene, fiberglass, rock wool, sponge. This second audio absorber layer (7) has a different density compared to the first audio absorber layer (6), and this is, in fact, quite effective in terms of increasing the level of

15 audio absorbing. The second reflective rigid layer (5), is also a rigid, durable and audio reflective plate like carbon fibre, metal, plastic and wood. These four plates (5-6-7-8) are adhered to each other in terms of chemical or physical methods.

Acoustic panel (A) is positioned via rail (3), as desired by the user to his/her comfort, and it is fixed with the locking bolt (2). The best hearing positiong is adjusted with the fixable 20 hinge and folding sections, thus ensuring the fixed position.

The acoustic panel (A) can be folded via fixable hinge and folding sections (1) and hinge & folding section (4), so the volume is decreased, which facilitates carrying, packing and 25 storing.

The steel layer (11), as one of the layers comprising the carrier & head mounting part (C) 30 ensures to be carried and folded by various head sizes thanks to its durableness and elasticity.

The steel layer (11) is coated with soft & comfort materials (10) manufactured from sponge, neoprene and fabric, which provides a comfortable use. Soft comfort material (10) is coated with coating materials (9) manufactured with such materials as fabric, artificial or real leather, so the expected life of this item (10) is prolonged, as well as improving the

The head mounted acoustic panel, as serving for the aforementioned purposes, can be manufactured and used in any branch of industry, thus having the suitable structure for industry.
