Abstract:
A head-mounted viewable device and an eye tracking system (20) for use in the head-mounted viewable device. The head-mounted viewable device comprises a screen (11), used for projecting a virtual scene image to the eyes (30) of a user, a virtual reality (VR) optical lens (12), used for constructing an optical path between the screen (11) and the eyes (30) of the user; and, the eye tracking system (20), used for detecting the direction of the line of sight of the eyes (30) of the user. The eye tracking system (20) comprises: at least one light source (21), used for projecting a detecting light to the eyes (30) of the user; and, a receiving module (22), used for receiving the detecting light reflected from the eyes (30) of the user, where the receiving module (22) is arranged at a side of the VR optical lens (12) and faces the eyes (30) of the user, thus allowing the detecting light reflected from the eyes (30) of the user to be received directly by the receiving module (22). As such, the light path of the eye tracking system (20) does not pass through the VR optical lens (12), thus simplifying the overall design of a light path system of the head-mounted viewable device, and favoring implementation.
