Abstract:
The present invention provides a head-up display and a mobile object, the head-up display capable of displaying a virtual image which a user can visually recognize at a position close thereto. This head-up display is provided with: a display device configured to display a first image and emit image light of the first image in a first direction; a first optical member located in the first direction with respect to the display device; and a second optical member located between the display device and the first optical member in the first direction. The second optical member is configured to reflect the first image in a first surface direction and a second surface direction, and configured to display a virtual image of the first image in a space between the first optical member and a user.
