Abstract:
The headlight module (100) comprises: a light source (1); a light-condensing optical section (3) for condensing incident light generated by the light source (1) into condensed light; and a light guide member (4) having a first cutoff line formation part (411) for forming light having a first light distribution pattern (LD1) from the condensed light, a second cutoff line formation part (421) for forming light having a second light distribution pattern (LD2) from the condensed light, a first emission surface (45) for emitting light having a first illuminance distribution pattern (PD1) corresponding to the first light distribution pattern (LD1), and a second emission surface (46) for emitting light having a second illuminance distribution pattern (PD2) corresponding to the second light distribution pattern (LD2). The headlight module emits light having a composite illuminance distribution pattern (PD1, PD2) obtained by adding the first illuminance distribution pattern (PD1) of the light emitted from the first emission surface (45) and the second illuminance distribution pattern (PD2) of the light emitted from the second emission surface (46).
