Abstract:
Disclosed is a health diagnosis method for a numerically controlled machine tool, the method comprising the steps: step one, a cloud server performing FFT processing on vibration data collected by a vibration sensor node to obtain a spectral average value of each frequency band, and obtaining a regression coefficient of the relationship between the spectral average value of a related frequency band and a temperature and the working state of equipment; and step two, solving the health degree of a numerically controlled machine tool, determining a predictive maintenance alarm threshold value, and when a failure probability index is greater than a predictive maintenance early-warning threshold value, performing an early-warning operation to indicate that the numerically controlled machine tool requires maintenance. With regard to the online predictive maintenance of a numerically controlled machine tool, the health diagnosis method for a numerically controlled machine tool provides rapid and accurate predictive maintenance information. Further provided is a system used by the health diagnosis method for a numerically controlled machine tool.
