Abstract:
Provided is a health promotion apparatus that promotes the health of a user on the basis of medical factors according to moderate exercise. The health promotion apparatus is characterized by being provided with: an oscillation movement generation means configured to give oscillation movement to the head of the user; and an oscillation movement control means that is connected to the oscillation movement generation means and that is configured to be able to set desired characteristics regarding the oscillation movement generated from the oscillation movement generation means, wherein the oscillation movement control means is configured to be able to promote the health of the user by controlling the oscillation movement generation means in order to add shearing stress having desired characteristics for cells in the brain of the user by moving the interstitial fluid in the brain of the user.
