Abstract:
A healthcare system and an operation method thereof are provided. The healthcare system and the operation method thereof comprise: a messenger server which provides a chatbot service; a data storage unit stored in a cloud server; and a service providing unit operating in conjunction with an external program. Accordingly, it is possible to provide a healthcare system and an operation method thereof which can be used regardless of place, naturally induce a user to input biometric data, and collect biometric data from a measurement device or an external program in addition to the user input, thereby realizing high efficiency, high performance, improved convenience, and high utilization.
