Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a heat dissipation device, a brushless electric motor rotor structure and a heat dissipation controller. The heat dissipation device comprises a machine base and a cooling fan, wherein the machine base comprises cooling fins, heat dissipation air passages are formed between adjacent cooling fins, the heat dissipation air passages and the cooling fan form a heat dissipation path, and gas flows along the heat dissipation path. The cooling fan is arranged at an upper end of a grinding disc, and the cooling fan is driven by a dual-shaft electric motor to rotate, such that external air is sucked from an outer side of the machine base under the action of the cooling fan and enters the cooling fan by means of an air inlet and a connection hole, thereby accelerating flow of air on the outer side of the machine base to accelerate heat exchange between the machine base and the cooling fins and the external air, and finally, air after heat exchange is exhausted by means of an air outlet, thereby increasing a heat dissipation speed of the machine base, and reducing a use temperature of the dual-shaft electric motor during use.
