A heat dissipation device, a preparation method for a heat dissipation device, and a wireless communication base station. The heat dissipation device comprises an evaporator (11) and a plurality of rib plates (12), wherein the evaporator (11) has a first cavity for accommodating a vapor-liquid two-phase conversion working medium; and each rib plate (12) comprises a first side plate (121) and a second side plate (122), with the side of the first side plate (121) that faces the second side plate (122) being provided with a plurality of first protrusions (1210), the side of the second side plate (122) that faces the first side plate (121) being provided with a plurality of second protrusions (1220), and each first protrusion (1210) being fixedly connected to the corresponding second protrusion (1220), such that a second cavity between the first side plate (121) and the second side plate (122) is divided into into flow channels in communication with the first cavity. The heat dissipation device can be used to effectively dissipate heat of the base station.
