A heat dissipation film, a display module and a display device, which relate to the technical field of displays. The heat dissipation film comprises a foam tape layer, and a metal layer, which is laminated on a side of the foam tape layer, wherein an orthographic projection of the metal layer on a plane where the foam tape layer is located is located in an area where the foam tape layer is located, and at least some of edges of the orthographic projection of the metal layer are located at inner sides of edges of the foam tape layer. Since at least some of the edges of the orthographic projection of the metal layer on the plane where the foam tape layer is located is located at the inner sides of the edges of the foam tape layer, that is, an inward retraction design of the metal layer is achieved relative to the foam tape layer, such that during cutting, the influences of advance and withdrawal of a cutter on an adhesion effect of the edges of the heat dissipation film can be reduced, thereby improving the yield of the heat dissipation film. Moreover, since the influence of the cutter on the edges of the heat dissipation film is avoided, when materials of laminated layers of the heat dissipation film are selected, limitations on the selection of materials for some of the laminated layers is avoided as long as the laminated layers can be stably bonded.
