Abstract:
This heat dissipation sheet has a volume resistivity of at least１．０×１０９Ω・ｃｍ, the volume resistivity being measured by a 500V DC voltage according to JIS K6911, and being after the heat dissipating sheet is immersed, for 250 hours, in a ２５℃ antifreeze solution containing at least 98 mass% of ethylene glycol. The present invention can provide a heat dissipation sheet having high resistance to gasoline and engine oil.
