Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a heat exchange tube insertion device for aligning stacked fins on the basis of a through-hole position in order to reliably insert heat exchange tubes into through-holes in stacked fins. As a solution to this problem, a heat exchange tube insertion device (100) is characterized by being equipped with a stacked fin holding part (20) for holding stacked fins (10) while maintaining the stacked state, a plurality of guide rods (30) which are inserted in the stacking direction of the stacked fins (10) from through-holes (12) that are open at one end surface of the stacked fins (10) in the stacking direction, and which make contact with the tip-end portion of heat exchange tubes (T) inserted from the through-holes that are open at the other end surface, and a guide rod movement part (40) for inserting the plurality of guide rods (30) into the through-holes (12) in the stacked fins (10) held by the stacked fin holding part (20), wherein the plurality of guide rods (30) are provided in a variety of types which differ with respect to their outer diameter.
