Abstract:
An indoor unit (110) is provided with: a body casing (1a) provided with an air supply wind path (1c) and an air discharge wind path (1b); an air supply blower (3) installed in the air supply wind path (1c), the air supply blower (3) forming an air supply flow in which outdoor air is sucked into the air supply wind path (1c) and supplied to the indoors; an air discharge blower (2) installed in the air discharge wind path (1b), the air discharge blower (2) forming an air discharge flow in which indoor air is sucked into the air discharge wind path and discharged to the outdoors; a heat exchanger disposed between the air supply wind path (1c) and the air discharge wind path (1b) and accommodated in the body casing (1a), the heat exchanger performing heat exchange between the air supply flow and the air discharge flow; a control unit for controlling the operation of a heat-exchange-type ventilation device; and a temperature adjustment coil part that increases the temperature adjustment capabilities of the air supply flow supplied to the indoors under the condition that the flow rates of refrigerants are identical. The heat-exchange-type ventilation device is configured from a refrigeration cycle in which a compressor and the temperature adjustment coil part are cyclically connected by piping.
