The heat exchange unit (2) comprises a heat exchange core (21) and a centrifugal fan (22); the heat exchange core (21) comprises a first collecting pipe (211), a second collecting pipe (212) and a plurality of heat exchange pipes (213); the heat exchange pipes (213) are connected with the first collecting pipe (211) and the second collecting pipe (212); the heat exchange core (21) is configured to comprise a hole; and the centrifugal fan (22) is provided in the hole and blows air towards a gap.
