Abstract:
This heat-exchange ventilation device is equipped with: a total heat exchange element (8) that has a laminated structure which is laminated in such a manner that an air supply flow passage allowing passage of an air supply flow and an exhaust flow passage allowing passage of an exhaust flow intersect each other, the total heat exchange element (8) having a prismatic shape and heat exchanging the air supply flow and the exhaust flow; an exterior case in which the total heat exchange element (8) is housed; heat exchange element frames (21) that cover four ridge portions in the lamination direction of the total heat exchange element (8) , and have protrusions (211) protruding outwardly from the corners; and holding rails (13) that have a length equal to or more than the length in the lamination direction of the total heat exchange element (8) , and hold the protrusions (211) of the heat exchange element frames (21). The portions of the holding rails (13) that are in contact with the protrusions (211) have elasticity. With the above configuration, it is possible to reduce the leakage of air in the gaps between the heat exchange element frames and the holding rails.
