Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to obtain a heat exchange ventilation device in which it is possible to shorten a period of time when humidification is stopped. This heat exchange ventilation device (50) has: a body casing (1) that comprises an air supply passage (30) through which a current of supplied air passes from outdoors to indoors, and an air exhaust passage (31) through which a current of exhaust air passes to the outdoors; a complete heat exchanger (4) that performs heat exchange between the current of supplied air and the current of exhaust air; a humidifying device (16) that comprises a humidifier (15) for humidifying air, the humidifying device (16) being installed in the air supply passage (30) at a location downstream from the complete heat exchanger (4); and a control unit (11) that stops the humidifying device (16) when a pre-humidifier temperature, which is the temperature of air between the complete heat exchanger (4) and the humidifier (15) in the air supply passage (30), becomes equal to or less than a first temperature threshold value, and that restarts operation of the humidifying device (16) when the pre-humidifier temperature exceeds a second temperature threshold value higher than the first temperature threshold value.
