Abstract:
A heat exchanger comprising fins and a large number of heat transfer tubes that contact the fins and in which refrigerant flows, wherein the heat exchanger comprises a preferential corrosion member that has a contact portion in electrical contact with an extended portion extending from an area of a heat transfer tube in contact with a fin and configured from a material with a lower oxidation-reduction potential than the heat transfer tube, and an anchor portion that anchors the contact portion to the heat transfer tube. The contact portion is in electrical contact with at least the upper portion of the circumference of the heat transfer tube in the extended portion and is separated from an adjacent heat transfer tube that is adjacent in the upward direction via a gap with the heat transfer tube that is in electrical contact.
