Abstract:
A heat exchanger is provided with a liquid flow channel through which flows an acidic aqueous solution containing chlorine, and a medium flow channel through which flows a heating medium that exchanges heat with the acidic aqueous solution. The liquid flow channel has a metal thin film that contacts the acidic aqueous solution, and contains at least 50 mass% of tantalum.
