Abstract:
According to the present invention, an aluminum fin of a heat exchanger comprises: an aluminum plate; a corrosion-resistant resin layer formed on an aluminum plate surface along the flow direction of air in the aluminum plate, and on an aluminum plate end surface perpendicular to the flow direction of air in the aluminum plate; a hydrophilic layer formed on the surface of the corrosion-resistant resin layer provided on the aluminum plate surface; and a water-repellent layer formed on the surface of the corrosion-resistant resin layer provided on the aluminum plate end surface. The hydrophilic layer has a configuration in which fluororesin particles are scattered in a film that has: spherical inorganic particles; and bonded inorganic particles each configured such that a small-diameter inorganic particle having a smaller diameter than a large-diameter inorganic particle is bonded to the surface of the large-diameter inorganic particle. The water-repellent layer has a configuration in which a fluororesin film having an uneven structure is formed on the surface of a film having bonded inorganic particles and spherical inorganic particles.
