Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to provide: a heat exchanger provided with a plurality of heat transfer tubes connected to each other at both ends in the tube axial direction, wherein deformation can be suppressed; and a refrigeration cycle device. The heat exchanger has: a plurality of heat transfer tubes which are arranged in a first direction so as to be spaced apart from each other, and which circulate a refrigerant; a first header connected to one end of each of the plurality of heat transfer tubes; a second header connected to the other end of each of the plurality of heat transfer tubes; and a plurality of reinforcing members connected to the first header and the second header. The plurality of heat transfer tubes and the plurality of reinforcing members are disposed between the first header and the second header, are connected by the first header and the second header, and do not have members for connecting side surfaces.
