Abstract:
A separating method for sectional steam-liquid phase changing heat exchanger and a heat exchanger are disclosed and the method includes: 1) a direct communication header is respectively set at both ends of at least one group of heat exchanging tubes, and multiple leakage and steam-blocking devices are alternately set in two headers and embedded in the headers; the headers are divided into multiple liquid separation spaces, which are sequentially connected; at least an equivalent main aperture and multiple equivalent auxiliary apertures are set at the leakage and steam-blocking device; 2) when the liquid separation space has less collecting liquid, liquid films formed in the main aperture and auxiliary apertures can block the liquid from entering next liquid separation space of the header at the same end; 3) when the liquid separation space has more collecting liquid, the collecting liquid will first drain off from the main aperture that has bigger diameter and the auxiliary apertures that have smaller diameter will continue to be blocked by the liquid films formed on the top; 4) when the thickness of the collecting liquid in the liquid separation space increases, the collecting liquid will gradually drain off from the auxiliary apertures under the pressure; the collecting liquid will simultaneously drain off from the main aperture and the auxiliary apertures.
