Abstract:
The present application provides a heat exchanger, a vehicle-mounted thermal management system and an electric vehicle, and is used for improving the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger and simplifying the structure of the heat exchanger. The heat exchanger comprises a first collector, a second collector and a heat exchange core. The first collector comprises a first chamber and a second chamber, the first chamber is provided with multiple first flow diversion ports, and the second chamber is provided with multiple second flow diversion ports. The second collector comprises a third chamber and a fourth chamber, the third chamber is provided with multiple third flow diversion ports, and the fourth chamber is provided with multiple fourth flow diversion ports. The heat exchange core body comprises multiple heat exchange units which are arranged between the first collector and the second collector. Each heat exchange unit comprises a fin and a flow guide component. A first flow channel and a second flow channel are formed on the flow guide member. The two ends of the first flow channel are respectively connected to the first flow diversion ports and the third flow diversion ports. The two ends of the second flow channel are respectively connected to the second flow diversion ports and the fourth flow diversion ports.
