Abstract:
A heat exchanger with a bidirectional pull rod assembly. The heat exchanger comprises a tube shell, a tube bundle and a tube box. The tube bundle comprises tube plates, a plurality of inner plates (baffle plates or support plates), and a plurality of heat exchange tubes (16). The tube plates at two ends of the tube shell are each provided with a pull rod, the left pull rod (13) connected to the tube plate (11) at the left end tightly pulls the inner plates (151, 152, 153) to the left, and the right pull rod (14) connected to the tube plate (12) at the right end tightly pulls the inner plates to the right, so that the inner plates (151, 152, 153) connected to both the left pull rod (13) and the right pull rod (14) can be subjected to left and right pulling forces at the same time, and the inner plates (151, 152, 153) are firmly positioned at fixing positions on the tube bundle, thereby significantly improving the overall strength and rigidity of the tube bundle. In this way, the tube bundle can withstand the impact of a medium flowing from left to right under the reinforcement of the left pull rod (13), and can also withstand the impact of the medium flowing from right to left under the reinforcement of the right pull rod (14). Compared with a traditional unidirectional pull rod tube bundle, the inner plates and the pull rods will not vibrate to cause wear of the heat exchange tubes or bend to lose stability under the impact of the medium flowing reversely, so that the tube bundle has a simple structure, is of good quality, and has a long service life.
