Abstract:
The present invention relates to a heat exchanger in which a radiator, an oil cooler, a condenser for a cooling/heating air conditioner, and an auxiliary water container are made of a lightweight synthetic resin material, and formed into a split-type body and fusion-bonded (by heat or vibration), thus improving heat-exchange efficiency and maximizing heat dissipation, and achieving improved convenience in manufacturing. The body of the heat exchanger of the present invention may be divided into an upper body and a lower body made of a synthetic resin material. The body of the heat exchanger is split into a radiator, an oil cooler, and a condenser. The upper body has a second body comprising a coupling hole, and the lower body has a first body comprising a coupling hole, such that a heat-exchanger pipe can be inserted through and assembled via the coupling holes of the second body and first body. The heat-exchanger pipe inserted through the coupling holes can be fusion-spliced, and the first body is fusion-spliced to an upper portion of the second body of the upper body, and the second body is fusion-spliced to a lower portion of the first body of the lower body. A heat-dissipating fin is inserted and assembled between the heat-exchanger pipes. The radiator, the oil cooler, and the condenser have upper inlet ports communicating with a fluid passage and with a lower outlet port of the heat-exchanger pipe.
