Abstract:
This heat exchanger is provided with a heat transfer part (20) which is configured to perform heat exchange between air having a certain temperature and a fluid having a lower temperature than the air, and is also provided to contact at least the air. The heat transfer part is configured to have at least a first layer (21) and a second layer (22) which is positioned nearer to the air side than the first layer. The second layer is composed of at least one hydrophilic molecule selected from the group consisting of: a hydrophilic molecule having an anionic hydrophilic functional group to which a hydrogen ion or an alkali metal ion is bonded; and a hydrophilic molecule having a cationic hydrophilic functional group to which a halide ion is bonded.
