A heat exchanger according to the present invention comprises: a pipe that forms a channel for a heat-exchange fluid; and a plurality of fins coupled to the periphery of the pipe. A lubricating layer or a super-water-repellent layer is formed on the surface of at least one selected from the pipe and the plurality of fins.
