Abstract:
The present invention relates to a heat exchanger comprising: a header in which a plurality of groove portions concavely recessed from the end are formed between bent tabs formed spaced apart from each other along the circumference; and a tank which is coupled to the header, thereby forming a space for a heat exchange medium to flow, wherein the lower end of the tank is inserted into the header, and the bent tabs are bent inward and coupled to the tank. A first groove portion deeper than the groove portions is formed in the header. Accordingly, thermal deformation caused by a difference in temperature is easily permitted, thus reducing thermal stress and thereby preventing leakage of the heat exchange medium.
