Abstract:
A plurality of flat tubes (63) constituting a heat exchanger (11) are divided into a plurality of heat exchanging sections (60A – 60K) arranged vertically. Each heat exchanging section (60A – 60K) has a main heat exchanging section (61A – 61K), and a sub heat exchanging section (62A – 62K) that is under the main heat exchanging section and that is connected in series with the main heat exchanging section through a return communication space (92A – 92K) of a header collector pipe (90). Here, in accordance with air speed distribution, the number of flat tubes (63) constituting the heat exchanging sections (60A – 60D) in the upper portion of the heat exchanger (11) is set to be less than the number of flat tubes (63) constituting the heat exchanging sections (60I – 60K) in the lower portion.
