Provided is a heat insulating device for an overhead door, the heat insulating device being capable of preventing condensation, being easily manufactured, and being easily installed. A heat insulating device for an overhead door has: a body which consists of plastic; a first seal member and a second seal member, which are provided to the body; and a heater which is mounted to the body at a position between the first seal member and the second seal member.
