Abstract:
The present invention provides a heat pipe manufacturing method comprising: an injecting step of injecting working fluid into a heat pipe; a heating step of heating the heat pipe; a removing step of removing non-condensable gas dissolved in the working fluid by the heating of the heat pipe; and a sealing step of sealing the end portion of the heat pipe after removing the non-condensable gas. According to the heat pipe manufacturing method of the present invention, the working fluid is injected into the heat pipe, and then the heat pipe is put into an induction coil and simply heated so that various non-condensable gases dissolved in the working fluid can be removed, and thus the manufacturing method is simplified and production costs are reduced. In addition, several heat pipes are simultaneously heated so as to enable multi-manufacturing, and thus productivity can be improved.
