Abstract:
Disclosed are a heat pump air conditioning system and a defrosting control method therefor, aimed at solving the problem of low defrosting efficiency of a heat source tower in an existing heat pump air conditioning system. The heat pump air conditioning system comprises a defrosting loop, a main loop, and a heat exchange loop. The defrosting loop comprises a heat source tower, a heating mechanism and a first conveying mechanism that are connected end to end in turn; when the heat pump air conditioning system is in a defrosting mode, the first conveying mechanism is used for making a refrigerant in the defrosting loop to circulate, and the heating mechanism is used for heating the refrigerant in the defrosting loop so as to defrost the heat source tower with heat. The defrosting control method determines whether to make the heat pump air conditioning system enter a defrosting mode according to a pressure difference between inlet and outlet air and/or the continuous operation time. The heating mechanism is used for heating the refrigerant circulating in the defrosting loop, which improves the heating efficiency of the refrigerant in the defrosting loop and further improves the defrosting efficiency of the heat source tower.
