Abstract:

To adequately exhibit energy-saving performance by aggressively implementing recovery of discharged heat, a heat pump (100) is provided with a heat source unit (301) for heating or cooling a coolant, an internal unit (302a) for performing an air-conditioning operation, and a hot water supply unit (303) for performing a hot water supply operation. In the case of an operation request for the internal unit (302a) or the hot water supply unit (303), and even in the case that there is no operation request for the other of the two, the heat pump device (100) operates not only the one, but also the other of the two, if the other satisfies a prescribed condition. The hot water supply operation is performed in the hot water supply unit (303) using the coolant heated through the air-conditioning operation performed in the internal unit (302a), and the air-conditioning operation is performed in the internal unit (302a) using the coolant cooled through the hot water supply operation performed in the hot water supply unit (303).
