Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of composite insulating materials. Disclosed is a heat-resistant flexible polymer composite insulating material formula containing polyurethane, comprising the following components: 14%-17% of polyethylene, 11%-14% of polyurethane, 7%-10% of polyvinyl alcohol cinnamate, 8%-12% of white carbon black, 5%-9% of dioctyl phthalate, 3%-6% of a flame retardant, 3%-6.5% of calcium carbonate, 12%-15% of a flexibilizer, 7%-10% of carboxyl-terminated liquid nitrile rubber, 13%-16% of an epoxy resin, and 0.5%-1% of an anti-aging agent. The heat-resistant flexible polymer composite insulating material containing polyurethane of the present invention has excellent electrical insulation, the flexibility of the composite insulating material is effectively improved, and the protection against flex-cracking and thermal oxidative aging of the composite insulating material is increased; the polymer composite insulating material has strong anti-interference ability, good weather resistance, a long service life and good plasticity, and has good mechanical properties.
