Abstract:
A heat-resistant member that is a sintered object comprising first crystals, which comprise zirconium oxide, and second crystals, which are contained in a larger amount than the first crystals. In at least a surface region of the sintered object, the first crystals comprise monoclinic crystals and tetragonal crystals. In an X-ray diffraction analysis, the monoclinic crystals have a higher main-peak intensity than the tetragonal crystals.
