Abstract:
A heat-sensitive bimetallic actuator with monolithic structure and double
actuating functions includes a left piece body(2) and a right piece body(3).
The left piece body(2) and the right piece body(3) are integrated. The left side
of the left piece body(2) is provided with a left kick wing(1), and the right side
of the right piece body(3) is provided with a right kick wing(4). A location hole(5)
is located on at least one of the piece bodies. The heat-sensitive bimetallic
actuator is designed with double wings, so the actuator with the monolithic structure
has double actuating functions. The point of sensing temperature is positioned
at themiddle joint of the left piece body(2) and the right piece body(3) which
possess the same sensing temperature point. The coherence of sensing temperature
is enhanced and the coherence of action of the left and right kick wings(1,4) is
enhanced, so the safe performance of a temperature-sensitive controller is
enhanced.
