Abstract:
A heat shrink film-based packaging method, the method comprising the following steps: a, providing a transparent PET heat shrink film (1), pressing the heat shrink film (1) into a tubing; b, providing a motor rotor (2), the motor rotor (2) having a rotating shaft (21) and a body (22), the rotating shaft (21) horizontally passing through the body (22), and sleeving the heat shrink film (1) on the body (22); c, placing the motor rotor (2) on a support (3), the rotating shaft (21) being pivotally connected to the support (3); d, operating a hot air blower (4) to blow hot air to the periphery of a bottom opening of the hot shrink film (1) to shrink the bottom opening, and manually rotating the rotating shaft (21) during the shrinkage, such that the bottom opening are attached to both ends along the horizontal direction of the body (22); and e, blowing hot air to the periphery of the middle portion of the heat shrink film (1) to shrink the middle portion, and rotating the rotating shaft (21) during the shrinkage, such that the middle portion is attached to the middle position of the body (22). The heat shrink film (1) tightly wraps the body (22), such that the body (22) is not easily dampened, corroded, and scratched.
