Abstract:
A heat sink and a communication device. The heat sink comprises a substrate (101) and a rib plate (102), wherein the substrate (101) comprises a substrate cavity, and the rib plate (102) comprises a rib plate cavity. The substrate (101) comprises a first plate surface (1011) and a second plate surface (1012), wherein the second plate surface (1012) is provided with a slot (10121), and the substrate cavity is filled with a liquid working medium. The rib plate (102) comprises at least one partition (1021), wherein the at least one partition (1021) divides the rib plate cavity into at least two chambers, and the at least two chambers are respectively in communication with the substrate cavity. One end of the rib plate (102) is inserted into the substrate (101) by means of the slot (10121), and one end of the partition (1021) is located in the substrate (101). When the liquid working medium in the substrate (101) absorbs heat and becomes a gaseous working medium, the gaseous working medium enters various chambers of the rib plate (102). At the same time, the rib plate (102) exchanges heat with an external medium, such that the gaseous working medium inside the rib plate is condensed to form a liquid working medium. The liquid working medium flows back to the position of various regions of the substrate (101) along the partition (1021), so to facilitate efficient two-phase uniform-temperature heat dissipation of the heat sink.
