Abstract:
Provided are: a heat sink (1) for a heat exchanger, said heat sink having a high degree of freedom in design, excellent productivity and cooling performance, and high dimension accuracy after being attached to the heat exchanger; and the heat exchanger having the heat sink (1) for the heat exchanger. The heat sink (1) has: a plurality of fin plates (2) aligned in the plate thickness direction at intervals; and a connecting component (3), which is disposed such that the connecting component intersects the fin plates (2), and which holds the fin plates (2). The connecting component (3) has: a base section (31) having a bar shape; and a plurality of aligning protruding sections (32) protruding from the side surface of the base section (31). Each of the fin plates (2) has a locking groove (21) for inserting the base section (31) between the adjacent aligning protruding sections (32) of the connecting component (3).
