Abstract:
A refrigerant flow path (2) of this heat sink (1) has a refrigerant introduction part (21), a refrigerant output part (22), refrigerant contact parts (23), refrigerant relay parts (25), and connection parts (24). The refrigerant contact parts (23) are arranged at intervals along a refrigerant flow path from the refrigerant introduction part (21) to the refrigerant outlet part (22), and are configured to be able to bring a cooling wall part into contact with a refrigerant. The refrigerant relay parts (25) are arranged between the adjacent refrigerant contact parts (23) and are configured to be able to relay the refrigerant from the upstream refrigerant contact part (23) to the downstream refrigerant contact part (23) in the refrigerant flow path. The contact parts (24) are interposed between the refrigerant relay parts (25) and the refrigerant contact parts (23), and have a flow path cross-sectional area smaller than those of the refrigerant contact parts (23) and the refrigerant relay parts (25).
