Abstract:
Provided is a heat-storage-type air conditioner that performs cold storage, wherein a heat storage medium that is discharged from a heat storage tank (62) during a heat storage operation is heated by a preheating heat exchanger (36) to melt clathrate hydrate and then is supplied to a heat storage heat exchanger (37). The heat storage heat exchanger (37) cools the heat storage medium. A cooling medium circuit (11) supplies a cooling medium that has been condensed by an outdoor heat exchanger (22) to the preheating heat exchanger (36). An operation control unit (100) controls constituent components such as a first supercooling expansion valve (24c) so that the temperature of the cooling medium that flows into the preheating heat exchanger (36) becomes equal to or lower than a reference temperature. As a result, the temperature of the heat storage medium that flows into the heat storage tank can be reduced with certainty while suppressing clogging of the heat storage heat exchanger.
