Abstract:
The present invention relates to a heat supply system of a laundry dryer, and a waste heat recovery method using same, and the objective of the present invention is to allow the hot air of discharged waste heat to be recovered from the heat supply of a drying chamber so as to flow into the drying chamber again, and thus the fuel of a dryer is reduced and laundry drying time is shortened. In order to implement this, the present invention comprises: a hot air supply part (10) provided at the lower portion of a dryer body (100) in order to generate high-temperature hot air; an inner housing (25) formed in a shape of encompassing a drying drum (20), in order to form a hot air guide passage (11) for guiding the flow of the hot air generated by the hot air supply part (10); an exhaust duct (31) for guiding the rising of the hot air generated in the inner housing (25); a moisture removal motor (30) for removing moisture included in the hot air guided through the exhaust duct (31); an exhaust pipe (32) for guiding the external discharge of waste heat that rises through the hot air guide passage (11) so as to be discharged through guide pipes (12, 13); a waste heat recovery means for recovering heat from the waste heat through heat exchange with the exhaust pipe (32); and a recovery pipe (40) for re-supplying, into the drying drum (20), the hot air recovered by the waste heat recovery means.
